NESIAS HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION CELL

To facilitate and empower the people to enjoy human rights in each and every walk of life.

objectives

  1.  To create sensitivity and enhance the knowledge of human rights among the people in and around the college by organizing various awareness programs.
  2. To respond against the violation of human right issues reported in the college by raising the voice in a proper platform and thereby facilitate to ensure the protection of human rights.

Purpose

 Human rights are standards that recognize and protect the dignity of all human beings. Human rights govern how individual human beings live in society and with each other, as well as their relationship with the State and the obligations that the State have towards them.

NESIAS STUDENTS PERSONAL COUNSELLING CELL

 In the course of the counseling process, student's strengths are highlighted and maximized with a focus on his self-growth, self-awareness and self-acceptance. Counseling may provide a chance to find a new perspective on the problem and often to become more accepting oneself. 

Objectives

  1.  The goal of Counselling is to facilitate positive behavior changes, improve the student's ability to establish and maintain relationships socially, promote their decision-making process.
  2. Help the student to understand their own potential and cope effectively with the problems they face. 

Purpose

They advise and suggest the necessary tips needed for the well-being of the students and empower them with life skills needed to face the challenges of this dynamic world. Each student is precious and protection of their lives is the prime purpose of the Personal Counseling Cell.

 Women's empowerment can to promoting women's sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others. 

Objectives

  1.  To identify and promote the strong leadership and growth of women as individuals in their own right. 
  2. To develop the self-confidence of women in building their capacity. 
  3. Training the women to impart knowledge of opportunities and resources available to get backing support. 

Purpose

 Empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sectors is essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for women, men, families and communities.

Disciplinary Committee is responsible for maintaining discipline on campus. Its goal is to ensure that students follow rules, behave well and create a positive educational environment. The committee aims to instill professionalism and good practices among students. 

Objective

  1.  Preventing misconduct such as poor attendance, unpunctuality, misbehavior and property damage. 
  2. Providing a framework to monitor and control student discipline. 

Purpose

 The School Discipline Committee is constituted for the maintenance of discipline in the School. The committee will ensure that students obey rules and remain orderly and peaceful in the pursuant of educational objectives/goals in the school community.

NESIAS INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL

 Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in fact, is conceived as a mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture at the institutional level. internal quality assurance system, with appropriate structure and processes, and with enough flexibility to meet the diverse needs of the students. 

Objectives

 The primary aim of IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution. It also promotes the measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices. 

Purpose

 Internal quality assurance (IQA) seeks to ensure that assessment activities have been conducted in a consistent, safe and fair manner. A system must be in place to monitor all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment from when a learner commences to when they finish.

NESIAS PLACEMENT CELL

 The placement cell works as a bridge between the students and potential employers to provide career guidance, training, and placement services to the students. The placement cell in a college typically functions by first identifying the industries that match the academic background of the students. 

Objectives

  1. Placement Cell provide guidance to the students for selecting right career.
  2. To give knowledge, improve skill with aptitude test.
  3. Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
  4. Organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students.

Purpose

 The placement cell makes an endeavor to enhance the employability of the students by conducting pre-placement industry/corporate related activities like Regular Corporate Guest lectures, Mock interview Sessions, Sector wise Panel discussions and corporate seminar etc.

 The Bharat Scouts & Guide is a Voluntary,  non- political, educational Movement for young people, open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed, in accordance with the purpose, principles and method conceived by the founder Lord Baden Powell in 1907. 

Objectives

 The purpose of the Movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of the local, national and international communities. 

Principles

 

  1. Duty to GodAdherence to spiritual principles, loyalty to the religion that expresses them and acceptance of the duties resulting there from.
  2. Duty to Others Loyalty to one’s country in harmony with the promotion of  local, national and international peace, understanding, co-operation. Participation in the development of society with recognition and respect for the dignity of one’s fellow men and for the integrity of the natural world.
  3. Duty to Self :-Responsibility for the development of oneself.

 Establishing primary purpose, goals and principles; reviewing and monitoring progress. Ensuring that staff and volunteers are being used to their best effect, including the direct supervision, appraisal and development of the Play Leader; taking an overview of the development of the staff team as a whole. 

Objectives

 A management objective refers to the primary goal of a management team or system. These goals dictate the actions, decisions and regulations created by an organization's management. Managers often share goals with employees and executives to develop a consistent purpose and strategy for all members of the organization. 

Purpose

 Management deals with the achievement of something definite expressed as a goal or objective. Management success is commonly measured by the extent to which objectives are achieved. Management exists because it is an effective means of getting the necessary work accomplished.

 The Library Committee provides a channel of communication between the Library and the faculty, staff, and students, while also assisting in the assessment and promotion of the Library's alignment with the needs of the College community. 

Objectives

 The aim of the library committee is to provide the, good quality and information learning services. The library also intends to be responsive to learner's needs that will reflect in good professional practice, standards, creativity and efficiency. 

Purpose

 The function of the Library Committee is to support the functioning of the library so that it can facilitate the library development plans by advocating the library development activities with the management.

NESIAS MEDIA COVERAGE

Responsible for extensive coverage of all college events. It sends press releases to print and digital media, and posts updates on social media about all campus activities, blood donation camps, entrepreneur meets and student achievements and institute performance. 

Objectives

 Manages the media relations of the institute and keeps the media updated with the happenings at the institute. This primarily involves covering various events of the college, writing press releases, taking photographs and ensuring that each and every event of the college gets its due media coverage. 

Purpose

 Aims at communicating the vision and mission of the college to the surrounding communities. It does not stop at this point as it strongly participates in transferring information to and from the college and the university.
